• Resolved CallMeAndy

Not sure if this is the right place or not but I am sure someone will put me straight. I have a question about the forum here. I have noticed before and again today, I have posted a new thread, realized an error gone to edit the post, but clicking the edit link has taken me to the support front page instead of to the post edit.

So subsequently I went to write a follow on to the thread instead, but get a response on posting saying the thread is closed, yet it is still marked as ‘Not resolved’ and of course I have not set it closed.

Is it possible my threads are being closed immediately and automatically, as with a permissions thing for instance? If so how can I get this fixed. Thanks

They’re being caught as spam, shouldn’t really happen any more.

Could i have been marked as a spammer then?

It’s an automated system that sometimes makes bad decisions. Most of the time it get’s it right but when it’s you it is annoying.

Just try and be patient. The queue is routinely looked at and cleared out and your posts if they are caught do get released.

    Thanks Jan and Andrew
