WordPress & technorati.com

Question: Is WordPress, blo.gs or weblogs.com affiliated with technorati.com (in any way) ? The reason I ask is because everytime I make a post I get pinged from technorati.com and they show up on a referrer log that I have on my index page. I do have my wp site configured to be listed on blo.gs & weblogs.com when I make a post and it might be coming from one of them. Any body have any clues on this?
