wordpress theme being blocked

  • The theme I use in WordPress has never quite responded well to changes. After loading the most recent upgrade my website displays a very ugly, basic version of my website content. It sure is not the theme it should be. Any customizations a try to make just don’t show up on my site. Sometimes changing the theme template kind of works. But what I get is some other design. Every now and then a theme customization will display on my site but after an hour or so the change will go back to what it had been.

    I have been working with the Theme’s support people and they are now saying “the stylesheet script is being refused for some reason”. …what ever that means. There is also some talk of the data not being accepted….whatever that means. It has been recommended I go back to using a previous version of the theme. To my mind this would not resolve the existing issue.

    It has also been recommended I contact my host for a resolution. They have not responded.

    This malfunction has been going on for quite a while. Can some one give me a resolution to this insanity.
