WordPress theme conflict with wp-admin script load

Hi guys, Im using a theme called Real Expert (from themeforest) and when I activate it the wp-admin stop working. All the javascript related stop working, like the hover on the left menu and the ajax upload.
The console show me some errors, but i can’t figure out what causes this problem.
