WordPress Theme is Slow (More than one second ),But Localhost is very fast

I can enter localhost in milliseconds,and open example.php files in milliseconds. But if i open any WordPress theme, it is slow, it takes more than once seconds in each trial .I tried Nginx and Wamp.Result is Still the same.
No plugin no post no images no extra database records. Just the simple wordpress theme. E.g twentyten.. How is it possible ? I tried everything.I have searched and examined all similar issued and tried everything.
e.g. changed servername; localhost to 127.0.0.1:80. I cant find the reason. I am waiting for your advice. Thanks..
