WordPress Theme not loading properly

For test, can you please deactivate your minify plugin ? Also there might be some other cache plugin if minify is already deactivated.

So you mean it works when minify plugin is deactivated but doesn’t when minify plugin is active right ?

If so what minify / cache plugin you are using ?

i am using W3 Total Cache plugin, After deactivating my website is working well

Can you please goto to Performance > Dashboard page and click on ’empty all caches’ button there ? This should clear all your old cache.
