WordPress Theme Speed Optimization (W3 Total Cache)

Hi friends,

I have currently uploaded my wordpress theme on howfreelance.com. Its working good but the page speed test from Google shows that there are about 26 render blocking javascript and approx 16 non optimized css files:

The problem is, I have actually used the “help button” to get all the urls and integrate all of them in the before /body but the problem is that the part of the website doesn’t appear creating bad user experience. Can anybody recommend that which of the urls should be mentioned in before /body and which of them would be in the head section? Feeling hopless.
