    It appears only CSS would need modifying.

    Andrew, could you please guide/help me with the changes that needs to be done in CSS? Also suggest the base theme please.

    Unfortunately CSS queries this specific expand beyond the scope of WordPress forums. Perhaps a CSS-specific forum would be more helpful here.

    Also suggest the base theme please.

    Unless you want to design your own theme, you could download any to your taste. The CSS changes you’ll need to make aren’t applicable to only one theme.

    The CSS changes will need to be implemented using a Child Theme stylesheet or Custom CSS plugin.
