WordPress to Google Syndication Plugin?

Hello. I am looking for a WP plug-in which will do one thing, and one thing only: Automatically syndicate my WP blog entries to my Google+ page, just as I now automatically syndicate to Tumblr, MySpace, Twitter and Facebook.

I have searched through about 35 WP plug-in pages, searched this forum, and searched the web, but I have still come up empty-handed.

Does such a WP to Google+ plug-in exist yet, or is Google making it difficult to develop one?
