WordPress-to-lead captcha image disapearing with W3 Total Cache

    I have recently implemented the W3 Total Cache to my website and I have noticed that on my lead forms through the WordPress-to-lead plugin the captcha image disappeared. For now I have disabled the captcha on my forms, but this really isn’t the best long term solution. The captcha displayed fine when the W3 Total Cache was not activated, so I know it must have something to do with the plugin caching the captcha image.

    For the W3 Total Cache settings I have added the pages that my forms are on in “Page Caching” > “Never cache the following pages:” but the image still does not show up. Do you know anything about this problem and have any kind of resolve?
