Our website is https://birminghamrcassociation.com/. Recently I am facing an issue where qtr inch of the page from top is Unclickable and this is throughout the side. This includes the wordpress black header also which I see as I am logged in as admin. I thought I made some mistake in the header I created so I tested this with a test page which has nothing but an image on top. If you roll you mouse over the image you will notice it is a link but from the top of the image downward it is not clickable for some part. This issues extends to the wordpress header also which is not even part of the page. Is this a bug in wordpress? Can you please help

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

A Small correction in the above mail. I meant “throughout the site” and not “side”

    Hi @aps78,

First of all, we do not understand your query properly. We have checked the site URL which you shared.
    https://birminghamrcassociation.com/
    https://birminghamrcassociation.com/test/

Your query is?the page from the top is Unclickable and this is throughout the site.?We have checked?by clicking some elements at the top of the page. Some parts are redirected to the home page and some links are blocked and not redirected. Can you please explain exactly which part is not clickable? Please share a screenshot or record a video of it. We will check and let you know.

Your WordPress site has a theme and many plugins installed, it might be possible that due to some CSS/JavaScript conflict on your site, this error is happening. You need to find out?which plugin or theme conflicts with your site.

?It looks like it is not an auction plugin issue. If it might be the case where this issue might be occurring due to CSS/JavaScript code conflict with some other plugin, Could you please do the following and let us know its result:

Activate the Ultimate WordPress Auction Plugin then one by one, please deactivate the other plugin installed on your website and see if this issue goes away. When you find the plugin on whose deactivation, this issue goes away, then please share with us the plugin name so that we can test ourselves and check the issue.

    Thank You
