wordpress transfer from local to hosted

  • Just 2 quick questions:

    If i export my sql on my local host and import that to a hosted server, will it bring across all settings (i.e. users, permalink styles, plugin settings (and data), etc…) and all pages with their info?

    About what about plugins? must i ftp the plugins folder to the hosted server for the data and settings to also be a replica like on my local host?
