WordPress turns blank

    Upon activation of the plugin, the backend and the frontend of my WordPress install became inaccessible. There was only a white, blank page displayed.

    I had to delete the plugin via FTP in order to bring my website back.

    Not so cool and I can imagine less experienced users not knowing how to fix their website if this issue should happen to them.
