WordPress update 3.41 locked me out of admin

I’ve just upgraded 14 WordPress sites to 3.4.1 without a single hitch.

I do apologize if I am intruding on a thread/breaking rules but I don’t come here often. I am having the same issue as @rayvan22 and @etcastle and I also can’t seem to get the admin panel to work despite following your instructions but after the warning you just gave @etcastle I will start my own thread.

I re-installed it all. Even 3.41 and it took this time with same plugins, so I guess it just wanted to make me suffer the 1st time ??

For anyone reading shut off all plugins before trying to upgrade. If it’s a new site total re-install might be best. Annoying, but at least it’s done.
