WordPress update messed up

  • Hi all

    just did a manual wordpress update.

    Plugins all disabled. uploaded all files except wp.config.php and wp-content folder

    When i log into website seems like all CSS is messed up. When i go to wp-admin directly on dashboard, when i go to themes and preview cant see the preview of themes. just has like a cross of image missing.

    I have tried disabling and going back to other themese and still no luck. The theme i have is custom made. site address is

    www. swaminarayan mandir .org.uk (please remove all spaces)

    any ideas what i can do to get site back up and running again?

    I have gone through all missing links images etc and all reside in wp-content folder

    the folder is there and if i copy location url and go to that url, it displays images. but via wordpress it dont display images or css or anything!
