WordPress Update to 4.4.1 –> Lost Permalinks

  • Hi,
    Our webhost updated to WordPress 4.4.1 today, but when they updated our wordpress version it caused havoc to our Polylang settings. Specifically:
    1. Our permalinks are not working (tvisioninsights.com/ja should show the japanese version of our website and had historically, but it is broken now)
    2. When you click on the switch language link to select Japanese on our english website, the footer menus do not update, nor do other menus and some content.

    It seems like the WordPress update caused breaks with PolyLang in a couple places. Any insight in how we can rectify this?
