    Try disabling all you plugins and switching to a bundled theme like twenty fourteen or fifteen to see if that clears up the issue.

    but that will loose the whole design of my site, right?

    The design will change but all your content will remain. This is the best way of troubleshooting because it creates a default setting to compare to.

    If the issue is cleared up, it means that a plugin is causing it or the theme is misbehaving. You would then reactivate the plugins one by one to see if until the issue happens. This shows you what plugin is being naughty. You can then report back the issue to the plugin author so they can fix it.

    If the plugins are not creating this, safe to say it may very well be the theme. What you can then do is contact the theme’s author so they are aware of the issue and can fix it.
