WordPress updates

No, this is not recorded by WordPress itself. This can also be done without logging in via WP CLI on the console. Or automated, e.g. for security updates, also without a login.

WordPress does not log activity, but plugins which offer activity log functionality like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/jetpack/ and https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/aryo-activity-log/ can help with that for future changes.
