WordPress updates issue with core files, themes, and plug-ins

I’m doing a maintenance for a running wordpress website, the website core, plugins, and themes updates are stopped, even when doing “check for updates”. No plugin that does that is installed, and wp-config file is clean, and have no code related to updates.
