WordPress Upgrade

Hi all,

Last week, I had tried to upgrade the wordpress site to 4.5.2 after taking a backup using “Backup Guard”.

I followed the process of backup and did as per instructions. Only thing is I could not disable the plugins before overwriting the contents as the site was hanging.
I have only 3 plugins “Akismet, Backup Guard and PHP Code for Posts”. After this was done the site didn’t show up saying there was some misconfiguration. I checked
the folders and found that some files were missing. I uploaded again, this time I could see the site but the Dashboard is totally messed up.

Please let me know if anyone can help?
