WordPress URL blocked when restoring website with Duplicator

    Hi:

    I made a backup with Duplicator and installing it on the web host has blocked the WordPress URL box and cannot remove the www from my web address.
    Note: The Site URL box is active and can be changed.

    Does anyone know how it can be fixed?
