wordpress url's redirect to new domain url's using web.config

I have a wordpress site with url’s like this https://www.example.com/?page_id=222
and i have to redirect url to new domain https://www.example1.com/abc
how can i do this using web.config i am using windows server.I have tried lots of things but failed.
please help me to solve this problem.
