WordPress v8.3 Update Issue

    I am using version 8.2 and trying to download an update to 8.3 from the Apple App Store. It is repeatedly failing to complete the download. It appears to run the full cycle but then does not close, instead hanging until it times out.

    This is happening on multiple mobile devices (iPad and IPhone).

    Any ideas on how to fix it?
