wordpress version 3.8 – Dashboard widget area not working

I Know you had this issue 6 months ago with version 3.6 and you got it resolved but I am having the same unresponsive issue but only while running IE9 everything above that works great all other browsers work as well but IE9 (Of course this what the client is using…) I’ll work on getting them upgraded. But it is still an issue.
