WordPress website 404 everywhere

    Hello,

    I have a problem with my website. When i visit my website https://www.miriamsfotografie.nl it opens my website and outputs the text “404” in the left corner.

    It’s not the usual 404 page you will get when the page is not found. It seems like something redirects it (i guess) Even my wp-admin got this.

    So my question is: Has anyone had this problem and how do you fix this?

  • Have you installed any themes/plugins recently that could have caused this?

    Disable all plugins and revert to the default theme, see if that does anything.

    Hello Steven,

    I had tested my plugins, without succes.. With your suggestion i disabled my theme i use. Strangely after that everything worked. So i went to my child theme to look whats wrong then i saw something strange in my functions.php. Right there was the 404 text! I deleted it and changed it with the correct fuction!
