• Hi! I appreciate if you could help me with this.

I have this website on WordPress, currently the site has installed the 2022 default WordPress theme, PHP 8.1, latest WordPress version.

When I see the website on Google Chrome or Safari in desktop the website loads fine.

However, when I try to view it from mobile, it shows a blank screen (you don’t see the menu, logo or anything else).

I’ve read it could be the Jetpack plugin, but I don’t have that installed. I deactivated plugins, changed themes and nothing.

I’ve read somewhere else that the hosting had a folder named Mobile and once renamed it, the website worked, but I don’t have said folder.

    Thanks for the help, community!

  • For me, your website is normally accessible by mobile. I see the menu and can also use it. The logo is also there.

    Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent.

I recommend asking at your theme’s support so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.
