WordPress Website Source Code

  • A client’s Semrush reports are telling me he has nofollow on servera pages. I have tried to edit the source code however, the theme, CustomifyVersion: 0.4.1, I’m using doesn’t have that option. I need to access the code as it has nofollow in it.

    Please advise on how to do this easily. Thank you.

  • With nofollow is meant the robots specification? First check in the WordPress backend under Settings > Reading if the checkmark to prevent indexing by search engines is set there. If yes, remove it and save the setting.

    If it is not set there, an SEO plugin you are using may be to blame. So take a look at your plugins.

    It is very rarely necessary to modify source code in this regard.
