WordPress wierdness, Can’t edit posts

    Help. I’m having a nightmare with my blog. Since upgrading to 2.9.1 I’ve had alsorts of errors and issues. The newest one does not allow me to see any of my previous posts to edit them

    Any ideas how to resolve this? Does it need to be reinstalled? I’m a little nervous about doing that at the moment

    What plugins are you running?

    I’m assuming your blog itself is okay and the posts are still there on the DB…

    Yeah everything is still in there and it displays externally ok, but I can’t see anything in the admin view

    I’d ‘reinstall’ by which I mean download the latest WP zip, toss it on my server and overlay the files.

    It SHOULDN’T cause any problems, but at a guess a file didn’t get uploaded right by the Auto Upgrade. This happens, from time to time.

    Hmm, OK. So reinstall is now successfully complete but the problem is still there.

    Since this problem started I’m also getting very litle in my dashboard

    Turn off all your plugins and see if that fixes it.

    Wierd. Ok so I deleted a few unused plugins and hey presto its back and working fine again!
