WordPress won't allow me to change my rating for a plugin

I accidentally gave a plugin a 5-star rating instead of a 1 star.
The comment reflects that, but I cannot edit the star rating, although I can edit the text of the review itself.Is this a bug or is it normal functionality?
First time I needed to change a review rating, so not sure.
