    Hello,

My knowledge of web design (and anything code related) is very limited. For https://luckyline.com/ , I was trying to update all our plugins to properly view the Revolution Slider, and WooCommerce seems to have shifted the top menu and the search bar. I contacted them & it looks like we need to update subscriptions?

We get these warnings on the WooCommerce dashboard:
“WooCommerce_Product_Search_Product::posts_join() expected to be a reference, value given in /home/luckhow2/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 286

Warning: Parameter 2 to WooCommerce_Product_Search_Product::posts_orderby() expected to be a reference, value given in /home/luckhow2/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 286

Warning: Parameter 2 to WooCommerce_Product_Search_Product::posts_fields() expected to be a reference, value given in /home/luckhow2/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 286
    S”

And in the console we get these issues:

” Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) for: /wp-content/plugins/product-brands-for-woocommerce/assets/css/style.min.css?ver=4.9.8:1 , style.css:1 , style.min.css:1

    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token } custom.js:27 ”

Would purchasing new subscriptions be the only way to solve these problems? I’m just wondering how to clean the site up a bit, so if you have any suggestions it would be much appreciated. Sorry if I haven’t provided adequate information!

  • WC doesn’t appear to be to blame here. If you look at console you have or are using a plugin called Theme Customizer and it is throwing errors galore. See Screenshot

You may want to shut that plugin off and see how things look.

Thanks for response! Deactivating the Theme Customizer changed the appearance, but it did get rid of some of the errors. I’m suspecting there’s something going on with the RevSlider maybe? The only other errors I’m seeing in the console are 404 errors for wp-content/plugins/product-brands-for-woocommerce/assets/css/style.min.css

I think my main concern is they layout, spacing issues, and the RevSlider. I’ll probably have to contact their support or get the revslider patch…

No problem. Always glad to help. The issue is is that those items are being called to and their path is broken or they’ve been removed all together and something in your theme is calling to them.

I don’t see an issue with RevSlider. It’s a great slider but I do suspect those other plugins.
