Can you try a variation with say 1 attribute and see if the same issue occurs first?

    (@vsj101)

Yes Understood the issue now.. Its because of that large number of variations.. We can do upto 20x15x20x15… Not much more like 48x15x96x15.. I may have to chooae another cms for fulfilling it.. Maybe big commerce will be better ?? Only problem is that I have to redesign the site in it.. Anyway Thanks.. if you have any solution please do reply me so that i can fix.

Right, which means you’re probably hitting either a security rule (mod security) or limit (PHP Max post vars, suhosin limits etc) all which can be worked around by the host, but needs confirming first.

    Long side – 60 values
    Long side fraction- 10Values
    Short side – 100 Values
Short side fraction – 10 Values

    What is being sold?

    Yes,

    Long side – 60 values
    Long side fraction- 15Values
    Short side – 100 Values
Short side fraction – 15 Values

Cutting boards with different sizes !!

Hey vsj101, can you try something for me? Go into you Bluehost control panel and go to the PHP versions section. Sometimes php.ini can get a little wonky, etc, etc. It looks like PHP is having some trouble loading modules (hence all the “Unable to initialize…” errors). Switch down to PHP 5.4 and click save. Then switch back to PHP 5.6. This can reset some of the settings in your php.ini file and fix some issues (don’t worry, out version switcher automatically takes a back up in case you need to revert).

Let me know if this helps at all.

If you allow custom sizes there must be a more efficient way of capturing this data?

What is the fraction values for? And how does pricing work? Is there a formulae?

    Thread Starter vsj101

    (@vsj101)

Actually, if there is a way that customer can enter custom values of four measurements and price is calculated based on inputs and displayed and billed. That’s enough…

Fractions work like this…Check this link https://www.cuttingboardcompany.com/1-2-inch-white-cutting-board/

    It’s on big commerce… Similar.

Have you seen https://docs.woothemes.com/document/measurement-price-calculator/? This does price by area. Not sure if fully applicable, but more efficient than variations.

@voldemortensen – Nope It didn’t work… They said they have switched default to 5.6 but i saw default as 5.4 now i switched to 5.6 … Thanks.

Hi, He scrapped the project.. He never wanted like that. Big loss for me ??

    Thansk for your support anyway.

Sorry to hear. Not everything (especially niche client needs like above) can be done with out of the box solutions. A custom plugin should have been made if that wasn’t suitable.
