    Hey peeps,

    lately I’ve been playing around with the Google Maps API and ExtJS 3.0 that resulted in a little WordPress project I’d like to introduce here. ??

    The WordPress World Map offers the possibility to share your location with other WordPress warriors! Browse all user profiles or filter by role (User, Dev, Fan, Company etc.) and many more.

    Feedback appreciated. How do you like it?

    Found your map today. is this something you have a plugin for? Any way to use this type of setup in a wordpress installation?

    Sorry, it’s a custom script, not even based on WordPress.

    Sir, you are good indeed. Congratulations!

    I would like to make one observation though. If you have the possibility to improve the loading time of your scripts do see to it, since that would be of great service to those of us with a slower connection.

    I also analysed it with Firebug, with this result, which will make more sense to you than it does to me.

    pastorbobsteele, I already did most of the optimizing part (combining scripts and styles, gzipping and such), but I’ll have a look at it, maybe even provide a mobile/light version.
