WordPress.com Forums ? Questions Show posts of category when clicking on it

  • Hello,

    I wounder how I can make posts for each category show up when pressing on them? My english is’nt to good, and the clock is much. But I try to explaine with an example.

    I have diffrent categories like, Cars, Boats, Tracktors. And I have made so just the categories shows up in the menu.

    When clicking on, example, Cars. I want all posts to show up in a list with link to the content.

    So when clicking on Cars, I want follow to show up.

    Cars
    -Volvo
    -GMC
    -Ford

    And just the posts for category Cars should show up. Then clicking on Ford, the content for Ford will show up. So I don’t now how to make so the posts for each category show up.

    What should I do to succeed with this? A plugin? A code snipet?

  • I just helped someone today with this same problem. Check out this thread starting here. Basically, you will need to create a category.php file based on your theme’s template.
