WordPress.com invite not come ?

I downloaded flock browser and signed up on wordpress.com However the email with the details was never sent.

When i tried to do a forgot my password guessing the admin username was the same as the blogs name i got this message

The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…
