WordPress.com site deleted, new www.ads-software.com site

    I had a blog at catherineburden.wordpress.com, then I decided to become self-hosted through www.ads-software.com. I purchased my domain through GoDaddy and added the www.ads-software.com. My new site is alwaysaredhead.com.

    I deleted my blog without completing a redirect to the new site. Is there anyway, the old blog can be re-activated for a redirect? I would think because my new site is through www.ads-software.com I would be eligible for this.

    Can anyone help?

  • You would have to ask such question over at wordpress.com

    Nobody on the .ORG site can do anything with .COM stuff, they share a name only. There is no linked infrastructure or anything like that.

    Should they be able to reactivate your old site, a good move would be to export the content from the .COM site, and import it to the .ORG site if you haven’t done so already and wish to keep your content
