• Hello,

    After upgrading to wordpress 2.3 my wordpress.com stats no longer work. I am using the same theme as I had before the upgrade and made sure I had the latest WP Stats plugin.

    I also varified that I had:
    <?php wp_footer(); ?>

    before the </body>

    Can anyone suggest a way to fix this?

  • I am also having problem with WP Stats since my upgrade to 2.3. It keeps asking me for username and password every time I check my stats, even I checked “Remember Me” option. Also, Stats displays the post Id instead of the post name, and the link is pointing to the wrong place.

    Another thing is when I login to WP Stats, it loads up my WordPress.com account’s global dashboard inside of my blog’s dashboard, and I have to click the “Blog stats” within the global dashboard to see my blog stats. Very annoying!

    I worked very well with WP 2.2 until I upgraded to 2.3.

    Can someone help? There is a Trac ticket for this issue, but it has been marked as Invalid, I can’t believe it.

    I have installed this plugin with WordPress 2.3.

    I have the same problem TechHippos describes. When I want to view the stats it asks me to login. But when I try to login with my admin account it says the login failed.

    I have read the post that ihad suggested, and I applied the fix that is suggested for WordPress.com Stats. But the problem remains the same.

    Am I doing something wrong, or is there another solution to this problem?

    Thanks for your time.

    Best regards,
    Jeroen
