wordpress.com support???

I think ive managed to break wordpress.com. cant access any of the site, the server seems to be in a loop. this occurred after I uploaded and drag-dropped a photo… it may be coincidence but the thing is, I cant access anything of wordpress.com at all…not just my own blog there but nothing else as well.

To whom, or where, should i be reporting this? (Please dont say wordpress.com, the site is inaccessible to me)
