WordPress.com to www.ads-software.com

Can you please help me figure out how to get my wordpress.com blog to move over to my www.ads-software.com blog? It seems that only half of my files have transferred over when I used the export/import feature on wordpress. I need to get the rest of my files to move over – any good or easy way of doing this? Also, do you know why only half of my files moved?
