www.ads-software.com is badly organized

Where do I find previous stable releases of wp? I need 3.1. I’d link the download page should have at least a few of the most recent with links to the rest. I suppose it can be found at release-archive but at first glance I see (version) 0.71-gold. Maybe put the more recient at the top so a guy in a hurry doesn’t have to scroll to the bottom.

Where do I find minimum server requirements? I finally found it but a more sensible place to put it or at least an easy-to-find link to it would be on the download page.
