My posts hit the spam queue

It seems your posts have been picked up by our spam protection (we go over this list every so often to release posts that are caught by accident etc).

In the case of your post, I do see that you’ve contacted the users off the forums, which is generally not how support on here is handled when helping individual users (it’s slightly different if it’s a plugin or theme author who have their own support mechanics in place to make sure users are followed up properly and so on, but for individual users this is not something we allow ?? ).

Hi,

Just be patient and we release them as time allows. Because of the situation mentioned above where you contacted the users off-site, future posts need manual approval for the time being (we usually remove this requirement after a while, it’s just a security precaution for the users, and is something that happens now and then, it’s nothing to be worried about).

On every question and answer taken to publish get 30min to 1 hours.

First when i have not know your rules before months so i have create mistack but now i know all rules so never create this type mistack.

please why not release my answer on time like others users?

That means when the queue is reviewed, it’ is reviewed. There is no schedule. Please be patient the moderators are volunteers doing this on their own free time like yourself.

For example, your most recent reply above was released from the moderation queue in 58 seconds, because I happened to be in there reviewing the queue at the time you left it.

I’m sorry, I understand the frustration, but the same questions will not result in different answers.
