WordPress/Reblog expert required – Payment provided Questions only

Good morning, I would like to pay a consultant to provide answers to basic questions about wordpress and reblog. Both products are installed, blogs are entered into reblog and I can fetch via wordpress.

I require verbal communication. Payment provided as directed. My current installer isn’t providing proper communication and I would like to talk to an experience person who is using reblog and wordpress as one.
