Words cut off too early replaced with –

I really enjoy this theme. The only problem that I have no idea how to fix is words getting cut off too early in a sentence.

For example:

I know a lot of people, including myself who enjoys playing bask-
etball and baseball.

Rather than the word basketball going off to the next line, it stays there and breaks the word apart. Very annoying. Not all the sentences do that but enough to drive me crazy.

Another example:
I posted a quote:
“Music when healthy, is the teacher of perfect order, and when depraved, the teacher of per-
fect disorder.” – John Ruskin

The word perfect appeared near the end of the column and broke into two words.

I hope you know what I’m talking about.
