So we have 30 authors set as contributors on one of our clients sites with WordTwit installed.

We’ve noticed that when just one particular author sends her draft through for editor review, WordTwit publishes it to Twitter. As it’s a draft waiting to be reviewed and published, the short link supplied takes you to a preview page so people are unable to view the article that has been Tweeted.

We want to stop the tweet for drafts.

Any ideas why this would happen and what is causing it?

  • I’m having the same issue and yes i have authorized, other plugins work fine but this one is giving me trouble, i use it on other sites with other twitter accounts and it works fine on previous versions, please advise…

    Plugin Author BraveNewCode Inc.

It sounds as if there may be a plugin conflict at play. Temporarily deactivate all other plugins, clear your browser cache, then test if WordTwit is functioning as expected. If it is, then you may begin activating individual plugins one at a time to determine which are conflicting with WordTwit.
