Work half

  • It’s a good plugin, but don’t work fully.
    Google News doesn’t crawl correctly, and some categories are empty in /gn but full in /feed/

    So something seems doesn’t work properly.

    Hi Sir,
    I think its about “removing category slug” with Rank Math Seo or similar plugins.

    Expected url on category: example.com/category/car/feed/gn
    If we removed category slug with Rank Math, posts not including this feed: example.com/car/feed/gn

    Test scene:
    Install Rank Math plugin
    Dashboard > Click Advanced Mode on top right > General Settings > Links > Tick Strip Category Base

    Hi Ugur,

    Yes, removing the category slug causes issues.

    But there’s a solution. Format the urls like this instead:

    example.com/?category_name=news&feed=gn

    Just change out the category_name as needed,
