• Good morning, the live chat page has been opening autonomously in the cms for a couple of days. No matter which administration page I am on, or which one I want to go to, the live chat page forcibly opens and prevents me from working. Even while editing a product it does so by making me lose all my work. It is making it impossible for me to work, at this rate I will have to uninstall your plugin. How can I solve? Thank you

    Hi Francesca,

    If you’re referring to the chat notifications, you’ll need to ask the site admin to unassign you from being a chat agent if you want to stop receiving them.

    Alternatively you can use the “Logout from chat” button on the top of the page to exit chat mode.

    Hello, I’m the site administrator and the only chat operator. I’m not talking about notifications but just about the fact that while I’m working on a product suddenly the page changes and I find myself in the live chat page losing everything I was working on. The page opens autonomously wherever I am and whatever I’m doing. I have had to deactivate the plugin for 3 days now due to this situation.

    please let us know about the following information.
    1) Which version of the plugin do you have installed?
    2) Which version of WordPress do you use?
    3) What chat mode do you have selected? You can find it in WP Live Chat> Settings > Advanced Features.
