Work on some pictures, not on others

I enjoy Enable Media Replace, thank you for developing it. I ran into a problem replacing on of my JPG files. I and follow the normal procedure, but the picture does not update at all. It has a permalink of:But when I upload a test file, permalink:
https://antarctictears.com/?attachment_id=1892
and then use media replace, the file updates without problems. Do the permalinks have to do anything with it?
