Work smooth on first install and best support

  • The plugin deliver. It works as intended and smooth. only a few adjustment here and there to cover our needs. And in my opinion the software quite mature. So not much trial and error.

    Combined with MiniOrange WP Security, it is perfect Proctor Solution for us.

    But the most thing I love about MiniOrange is their support. It is a real person human being, not AI chatbot looping answering your question.

    So far so good, the sales and support (Prateeksha) patiently assist us from the beginning via email and online meeting. Overall five star experience for us!
