work uploader

  • I am making a portfolio website using WordPress and I was wondering if there is a plugin available for that. Here is what Im looking for:

    An uploader that allows you to upload images and has certain fields you can put in. Saying the title of the website, description, link and a screencap of the website. And than also an image gallery displaying your graphics. Is there anything like this or anything I could tweak?
