Worked as described

I had zero issues, used to build a new theme on an existing site. Much quicker and takes less space than going any other route. Also like that it secures itself with WP login necessity on the regular site. Of course migration once built is the next issue but for most simple feature or theme developments it will be my quick dev site method.
