Worked at first, then stopped; horrible customer service

  • TLDR: This is not worth the money. Highly recommend choosing a different tool.

    I never give reviews, but I really want to warn others off of this tool.

    This worked with one language on our staging site, then it kept breaking our site with more languages once we launched. We tried hard to get it to work for a while but just couldn’t make it work.

    We finally reached out to ask if we could get a refund because it was not working for us. They told us we couldn’t get a refund and then closed our account without us ever asking for the account to be closed. We asked them to please reinstate our account. They never responded. I reached out to multiple emails over two months and even set up a 15 minute call through the website. No one responded to any of my emails, and no one called me. I finally set up a new account to try to reach someone. When I did, I explained we were trying to reinstate the account. They told me they couldn’t because of the GDPR law and that I would have to open a new account and re-purchase the subscription that we had already paid for on the account we never asked to get closed!?

    I highly recommend you do NOT use this. Definitely choose a different translation tool even if it’s more expensive.
